Meltwich was founded in 2015 in Toronto, Canada by restaurateurs Tom Mavrou and Barb Kiss. Since opening, the brand has grown across Canada and is rapidly expanding across the US.

Our Ingredient Commitment

We’re committed to using top-quality ingredients — they cost us a bit more, but your taste buds deserve it. From our Angus beef and Martin’s Famous potato buns to our fresh breads, Russet fries, and real Quebec cheese curds, every bite is built on quality. We don’t cut corners; we melt them. Because when it comes to flavour, “good enough” just isn’t in our recipe book.

Burgers & Sandwiches

Every Meltwich burger starts with beef raised without antibiotics, and is Halal certified. We grill them fresh to order and serve them up on toasty Martins Famous potato buns – aka the soft, buttery kind dreams are made of!

Poutines and Fries

We only use Russet potatoes — the GOAT of fries. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfect for soaking up our signature gravy. Top that with real Quebec cheese curds and you’ve got our legendary poutine — crunchy, melty, and absolutely addictive.
